Andrew P. Mayo co-hosts The Writers & Actors Lab on Zoom, a group dedicated to screenwriting. He is a member of Dramatists Guild and past member of Richard Caliban’s The Playwrights Group, Network Playwright at Chicago Dramatists. Several of his full-length plays have been produced: Blood and Water, at Aux Dog Theatre Nob Hill in Albuquerque, NM in September 2019 after being selected as a semi-finalist in the AACT New Play Fest 2020; Confess and Conspire, at Manhattan Repertory Theatre, off-off-Broadway in February 2019; a one-man show, Wish Upon A Star, intimate reflections of Walt Disney, twice at regional theatres in New Mexico. His career has encompassed newspaper reporting, advertising, public relations, marketing and business unit management in Richmond and Roanoke, Virginia, Chicago, and Seattle.
